World Day of Prayer for Vocations
This year marks the 52nd anniversary of World Day of Prayer for Vocations, which was instituted by Pope Paul VI during the Second Vatican Council. The day is set aside as a day for the entire Church to renew its commitment to pray for and foster religious and priestly vocations for the sake of furthering the mission of Jesus Christ.
We invite and encourage you to join your prayers with those of the whole Church on May 11. We also invite you to visit the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops website where you can download and print a Prayer for Vocations.
